Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-22

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using TOKIMEKI Diary (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (About the Service)

The Service syncs the post history of your own AT Protocol / Bluesky account and lets you search and browse it as a private personal archive. Only you, while signed in, can view your archive; the Service never makes your content newly public.

Article 2 (Accounts)

Using the Service requires OAuth sign-in with an AT Protocol / Bluesky account. You are responsible for managing your own account and credentials. Access to the Service may require approval by the operator (waitlist).

Article 3 (Data handling)

The Service syncs and stores records from your AT Protocol / Bluesky repository in order to provide the Service. All rights to your content remain yours, and the operator uses it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.

Article 4 (Paid plans and payment)

Some features are offered as paid subscription plans. Prices follow what is shown at the time of purchase, and payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period, and you can cancel at any time. After cancellation you can keep using the Service until the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are provided. Price changes will be announced in advance within the Service.

Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Service, you must not: violate laws or public order and morals; infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties; attempt unauthorized access or place excessive load on the servers; interfere with the operation of the Service; or engage in any other conduct the operator reasonably deems inappropriate.

Article 6 (Suspension and withdrawal)

If you violate these Terms, the operator may suspend your use of the Service or delete your account without prior notice. You may withdraw from the Service at any time and request deletion of your stored data by contacting the operator.

Article 7 (Changes, interruption, and termination of the Service)

The operator may change or interrupt all or part of the Service without notice when unavoidable, such as for system maintenance, outages, or changes on the AT Protocol / Bluesky side. If the Service is to be terminated, the operator will endeavor to give reasonable advance notice.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The operator does not warrant that the Service is free of factual or legal defects. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the Service. Where the operator is liable, compensation is capped at the total fees you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

The operator may revise these Terms when deemed necessary. Significant changes will be announced in advance within the Service or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.

Article 11 (Contact)

For questions about these Terms, please use the contact listed in the Legal Notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).
